The newly renovated Cafe des Arts *Millenium is a refreshing upgrade of the Hanoi classic, Café des Arts, brought to Hanoi by the famous French restaurateur Gerard Gastel. Millenium is a contemporary and chic three story restaurant in the famous Old Quarter, with a stunning terrace overlooking Hanoi’s most charming alley. 

Newly constructed wrought iron railings surround the terrace, simple yet stunning French black and whites adorn the walls and antique Buddhas keep watch over the international patrons.

Cafe des Arts *Millenium is the successor of the famous “Café des Arts”,boasting excellent gastronomy coupled with a cozy and modern atmosphere. Traditional Parisian and French cuisine make up the expertly crafted menu.The delightful fare is prepared by a world renowned French Chef who leavesguests pleasantly surprised to discover such high quality French cuisine in Hanoi. Dishes include;foiegras, truffles (Southwest), Lobster, St. Jacques, snails, tournedos Rossini, steak tartar, profiteroles, iced nougat, Baked Alaska, etc…

As common knowledge would have it, a classic French meal is naked without a perfectly paired wine to wash it all down. For the oenophile or the casual imbiber, Cafe des Arts *Millenium’s famous French wine collection houses selections from Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Alsace, Loire, Armagnac, Cognac, and Calvados. But, if French wine doesn’t tickle your fancy there are further wine selections from the around the world.

The spacious indoor dining area comfortably seats 60 people and, when the weather is agreeable, the terrace boosts the capacity to 120. Cafe des Arts *Millenium is truly “a moveable feast”, French style.

Cafe des Arts *Millenium offers classy catering services for business meetings, formal events, weddings, and any other special occasions you can think of. We can also create custom menus to suit your culinary needs.

Cafe des Arts *Millenium offers a fancy $12 set lunch menu, which changes every week. It includes a starter, main course, dessert and an expresso. In addition, our full menu is always a great option at $15 to $50 per course. Over the summer we offer a delectable brunch served on weekend on our sunny terrace.
